Covenant Realty Partners didn't start with a business plan. It started with a hard season, an open Bible, and a dream God put back in my heart.
It Started With a Mistake.
In June of 2023, I moved my family to Southwest Florida. I believed then, and I believe now, that it was God's will. But the way I did it was naive. I ran on excitement, optimism, and expectations of blessing. I didn't have much of a backup plan.
Reality hit. A slow market. Fierce competition. More agents than it seemed there were houses. And the only people I knew there were already agents.
I failed.
My savings dwindled. My confidence eroded. All I could do was pray and try to stay faithful. Eventually I stopped advertising. Then I stopped trying.
I Stayed in the Word.
The one thing I didn't quit was the Bible In Order podcast. God told me to do it. It has been hard, but fruitful. It put me in the Word every day, most days for hours, for nearly four years. More than 1,300 video Bible teachings and counting.
That changed me. Not the podcast. The Bible.
I still don't have it all figured out. But I learned a few things:
Failure doesn't define me. It doesn't define you, either.
What people think doesn't matter when you know what God thinks.
Hearing His voice more clearly brings unparalleled confidence and peace.
A better friend. A better broker.
Not because things went well. Because they didn't. God used the mess I made to strip away the idols that competed with Him for my heart. Maybe that's why Scripture says to rejoice in your trials.
Content First. Then the Calling.
Once I was content with no career, no nice car, and no status, He put a dream back in my heart. One I always believed would happen, but never could see the path to.
Over the last few months, it came together.
A plan built not just to make money, but to give real value to those who join.
Out of respect for my previous brokerage, and to avoid any conflict of interest, I built it quietly, behind the scenes. Now it's time to proclaim it loudly.
